We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
You understand that certain content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks to ensure compatibility with devices or systems.
You agree not to copy, resell, reproduce, or exploit any aspect of this website or its content without written permission from Reborn. Headings used in these terms are for convenience only and do not limit the scope of each section.
SECTION 3 — PRICING & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, content, or service without prior notification. Reborn is not liable for any direct or indirect loss related to changes in pricing, availability, or service interruption.
SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods such as collection launches, please allow up to 10–18 days to receive your item.
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.
International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
At this time, due to the considered, limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives in this condition, please contact us at info@rebornatelier.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags)
We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet these conditions.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will my order take to fulfill?
Each piece is fulfilled within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak periods or special releases, please allow up to 10–18 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. If delays occur due to production or quality control, we’ll keep you updated.
Why do the clothes I ordered look different from the website’s pictures?
Every garment is crafted using custom-milled fabrics and unique dye processes. Natural variations in texture, tone, or wash are expected — and in many cases, intentional. These differences reflect the individuality of each piece and contribute to its one-of-one character.
Why is the size slightly different from the size chart?
Due to the nature of hand-finishing, stone washing, and fabric treatments, minor differences may occur between the product and the listed size chart. These are not considered defects but a reflection of the garment’s process.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email info@rebornatelier.com within 7 days of delivery. See "Returns" above for eligibility criteria.
